Be the hit of the party with this delicious White Chocolate Cranberry Mix!
So light and refreshing!! The Resident Chef knows you will love this easy to prepare dessert which is loaded with large chunks of white chocolate and tangy cranberries. We love to keep it on hand in case last minute guests drop in. Everything you need to impress your guests, and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! With the addition of whipped topping this mix makes an awesome pie mix or great dessert spread for brownies and cakes! A cheeseball is a big hit and is pretty too! The possibilities are endless.
Mixing Instructions
To Prepare:
Spread/Dip: Mix 8oz. softened cream cheese, 8 oz. Cool Whip, and mix until well blended. Refrigerate. Serve with fruit and/or lightly flavored cookies such as butter cookies or almond rounds. Gingersnaps are too strong and overpower the dip.
Pie: Same as above. Spread evenly into chocolate cookie pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Take out 15 minutes before serving.
Cheeseball: Mix with 8 oz. cream cheese and form into a ball. Roll in the nuts to coat evenly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Best to make the night before your event.
